Workshop Booking Terms & Conditions

 

Please note:  these Terms & Conditions only apply to workshops booked on-line through Susan Hill Jewellery website, not to workshops booked directly in person with Susan Hill.  

> In the unlikely event of a workshop being cancelled by Susan Hill Jewellery, a full refund will be given so the student is able to book onto another workshop of their choice.  The refund will be given in the same way the original payment was made, for example, debit card or Paypal.

> If a student has to cancel more than 28 days before the date of the workshop, a full refund will be given in the same way the original payment was made.

> If a student has to cancel within less than 28 days of the date of the workshop, a full refund will be given if we manage to re-sell the place - please note that every effort will be made to do this. 

> Non-attendance - if a student does not attend on the day of the workshop they will not be eligible for a refund.  

> If a booking is made using a Gift Voucher, this will be deemed to be the same as a cash payment and the above Terms & Conditions will apply and the Gift Voucher will be considered 'spent' at the time of booking.  

>. Payment of the workshop fee is deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
